Explain to me how a drunk puts his nuts on someone and gets 2-years....yet a convicted rapist who commits felony assault gets his probation extended?

Here my friends is the Louisiana justice system at its finest

The system sucks all over (some places even more than others), so don't f**** with the system. You might get slapped on the wrist or you might get TKO'd.

I hate to admit it, but the Alabama football team should have done some jail time for raping the weaker that night.

If you will remember that same Lsu fan was standing outside of that Krystal trying to start a fight with every bama fan that walked buy. I dont think either one of them or model citizens.

lsu480 u are correct. The kid that was passed out should have been given the Bama fan's name and address. He should have parked outside the guy's house everyday and let him wonder everyday if this is the day I face my maker

Obviously he couldn't have done anything about it at the time but I like your idea. Also, I am guessing there were other LSU fans there, probably even some of his friends, and one of them should have crow-hopped the dude. At the VERY least they should have stopped him, anyone that witnessed it and did nothing is a little bitch. I for one would have socked the gay arse gump right in the face but I am not a bitch like most people.

.

They also should have been arrested for trespassing since they had no business being in the game after we beat them at their place.

So they had to wait until he was passed out to frick with him? Looks like both teams had fans that were cowards that night. I went straight back to my hotel room after the game because I know if I had gone out I would have smashed a gump within 10 minutes! That is called being smart though, not being a coward.

There is a solid difference between raping a minor and putting your balls on someone's face imho.

There's a solid difference between a senior in High school getting offered and accepting a blow job in the locker room from a freshman and some passed out people getting their face used as a testicle receptacle without their consent you mean.

Never should have gotten jail time.

I agree because it seemed to be an impulsive prank by one wasted fan on another. Did the gump have a rap sheet? Surely there were extenuating circumstances for him to have gotten such a stiff sentence. Pun intended.

He was suspended immediately. He's been reinstated.

Posting here as a badazz is pretty cowardly too. My advice to all of you is to not pass out. He is not the first drunk to be made fun of and won't be the last.

I know, but if I was the head coach, I would kick him off the team and wouldn't let him come back. I would have done the same to Rolando McClain.

Sgt. Don Kelly with Baton Rouge Police said 18-year-old Jeremy Hill and 18-year-old Avery Tate II were both arrested today in suspicion of oral sexual battery.
quote:

According to Kelly, the two pressured a 14-year-old girl to perform oral sex on them in the boys locker room at Redemptorist on Dec. 7. The incident was reported to police by school administrators on Jan. 4, and the two were arrested today.

Lets not let facts get in the way of a good argument. He was arrested on a felony charge (one with mandatory jail time; 10 yrs min I think) and pled it down to a lesser charge and pled GUILTY.

She was 14! He and another adult mouth fricked her in the school men's locker room during school. Make all the excuses you want.... That is ILLEGAL in any state.

Make no mistake, if he wasn't a prized recruit for LSU at the time and in a hometown court, he would still be looking through bars every morning. That really says it all.

He was arrested and charged with felony Oral Sexual Battery -- which if convicted carries mandatory Sex Offender status.

He apparently had an option to plead out felony Unlawful Carnal Knowledge of a Minor -- also carrying mandatory Sex Offender status.

Don't ask me how he pled out misdemeanor Unlawful Carnal Knowledge of a Minor (no Sex Offender status), as the facts don't permit a conviction under the misdemeanor count. You can convict under the misdemeanor charge if the victim is 15 or older; under 15 gets you felony UCKM. Home cooking, to be sure.

Regardless, I'd ask those who feel poor Mr. Hill was unjustly accused hold off until you have a 14 year old daughter. Then when you find out she was coerced into giving head to a couple of 17/18 year olds in a men's locker room -- I can assure you you'll feel a bit differently...
