I just started out asking if there was any update on him. No anger involved. I thought it was pretty funny to be honest. Alcohol makes you do stupid things. But I have never in my life thought about putting my nuts on a guys face. Maybe my girlfriend but not a dude

Supposedly they had been dating for a few years. He was a sophomore and she was in middle school. Lives down the street from him. Grew up together.

Bro, 18-14 is not cool. That is why there are laws. Other people are gonna disagree, and they're dumb or biased or both. Non-consensual teabagging isn't that cool either. Laws for that too.

Was he at 15, dating a 10/11 year old? Isn't part of the argument that some have used, been that it's not unusual for 14 yr olds to be engaged in sexual conduct? If so, then he would have been at that age, and his gf would have barely been in double digits.

Totally agree. All I asked is if anyone had seen an update. But I tell you one thing, 15 year old girls don't look like they did when I was growing up. Hard to tell the diff between a 15 and 18 year old today

But it wasnt someones daughter and of course if it was everyone would feel differently. But it wasn't, it was someones belligerent drunk A of a son so why throw that out there. You might as well say if had had killed someone he deserves life, but he didn't kill someone and he didnt sexually assault someones daughter. Is the guy an A-hole? Sure but should tax payer really foot the bill for this simple assault? No

I think he should have gotten a couple days in jail just for being stupid and teach him a lesson, but if he's in jail for 2 years, that's a little harsh, considering people do worse and get no time.

He's out. I spotted him at a bar in Phenix City, AL (called Max's) that his uncle owns (uncle is gay, ironically enough). I assume he's working construction now because they were remodeling the joint.
