Ya'll act like he hid in a dark ally and raped her. It was consensual, but according to the law, at the age of 14 you can make a decision for birth control but cannot consent to handing out BJ's.

In LA you can't get birth control (without parental consent and a prescription) until you're 17. Unless of course you're married -- which in LA requires you to be 18, or have parental consent. Can't get married under the age of 16 without a court order -- so not sure where you came up with this "fact."

The law there pretty much considers 14 year old girls as children, as do most states.

But it wasnt someones daughter and of course if it was everyone would feel differently. But it wasn't, it was someones belligerent drunk A of a son so why throw that out there. You might as well say if had had killed someone he deserves life, but he didn't kill someone and he didnt sexually assault someones daughter. Is the guy an A-hole? Sure but should tax payer really foot the bill for this simple assault? No

Anybody that would do that in a crowded restaurant is a deranged f***ing nut and probably would do worse without any intervention anyway. And he got up on top the dude and humped his head area for a nice amount of time. When they were reporting about it on the local news site, I thought it was going to be like a five second vid - I was wrong.

Would I give him two years? I don't know...what's the precedent for humping some stranger's head in a Crystal Burger? You don't want the justice system to F you over - think before you pull your $hit out in a crowded restaurant and basically hump an unconscious dude. It's so surprising that someone had a camera and it blew up like it did - that's sarcasm for any of you that are ISR (Internet Sarcasm Retarded).

If the guy put his nuts on my face as a drunk prank like that, as pissed as I would be, I would never say jail time. What a joke.

I know. It's really "nuts!" Get it?

He had to go to some prison boot camp with possible eligibility for release in like 9 months.

He should've been arrested for going to Crystal Burger when he was in the food capitol of America.

How many places are open that late? I know after the Sugar Bowl in 09, Krystal was about the only place we could find that was open.

In New Orleans?? We have lots of places that are open all night (bar & grills and even some restaurants) - and they serve good food too. I do realize that the Crystal Burger in question is right on the corner of Bourbon though - so it is convenient and would be fine for a quick snack.

After they gave the teabagger 2 years, I was stunned when they let Dean Kelly, the model rapist, walk after he plead guilty to reduced charges.

Ridiculous.

Explain to me how a drunk puts his nuts on someone and gets 2-years....yet a convicted rapist who commits felony assault gets his probation extended?

Here my friends is the Louisiana justice system at its finest

True. That scum ball will be back in jail in no time. The system sucks sometimes and can be wildly unpredictable - therefore, don't mess with the system because you never know what could happen.

frick Alabama, frick their lame arse fans, frick the night of 1/9, and frick that dumb gump kid but he should not have had his life ruined, been labeled as a sex offender and have been sentenced to prison for what he did. Yes he was an idiot but a proper arse kicking would have been sufficient. Also, he did not teabag anyone. Teabagging involves placing your nuts in somebody's mouth. If he had done that yes he should have gone to prison and had his life ruined but he just pulled his nuts barely out and rubbed them on dudes head. Again, what he did was not ok but a solid arse whipping is all he should have received in return for what he did.

lsu480 u are correct. The kid that was passed out should have been given the Bama fan's name and address. He should have parked outside the guy's house everyday and let him wonder everyday if this is the day I face my maker
