Anybody that would do that in a crowded restaurant is a deranged f***ing nut and probably would do worse without any intervention anyway. And he got up on top the dude and humped his head area for a nice amount of time. When they were reporting about it on the local news site, I thought it was going to be like a five second vid - I was wrong.

Would I give him two years? I don't know...what's the precedent for humping some stranger's head in a Crystal Burger? frick Alabama, frick their lame arse fans, frick the night of 1/9, and frick that dumb gump kid but he should not have had his life ruined, been labeled as a sex offender and have been sentenced to prison for what he did. Yes he was an idiot but a proper arse kicking would have been sufficient. Also, he did not teabag anyone. Teabagging involves placing your nuts in somebody's mouth. If he had done that yes he should have gone to prison and had his life ruined but he just pulled his nuts barely out and rubbed them on dudes head. Again, what he did was not ok but a solid arse whipping is all he should have received in return for what he did.
