This could have developed if Arkansas could have became a national player.....same with A&M. It's hard to develop a rivalry though with teams that are often/never in contention for even a conference championship, much less a national championship.

I know you're a troll that started this same thread about Bama and UT, but this is the least forced "rivalry" there is. Nobody really has made an effort to make it one, but it has naturally given the appearance of one due to the game almost always having huge sec and national implications lately.
Forced would be trying to make a rivalry by playing a team that always beats you on your Thanksgiving rivalry weekend. Or focusing on one team all year when the game is the last weekend. That's forced.

There are 2 ways to build a rivalry. One is by proximity and opposing fans interacting with each other all the time. Two is by the relevance of the games. Only very few, and for relatively short stretches (FSU/UF), can be considered in both parameters.
This is the 11th time LSU and Bama play as to 10 foes. This game is played in November so for the most part rankings are justified. The stakes themselves make this as rivalry no matter what anyone types in here.
Seat on that for a minute Aggies. You will all die and never see A&M play another opponent both ranked in the top 10, 11 times. In the SEC you'll play top 10 teams oftenly, but you are mediocre to be ranked that high consistently. Gig’ em mediocres!!!

Yes, LSU forces CBS to pick up that game as a prime time game almost every year. I don't know what LSU has over CBS....maybe naked pics?
Also, great game against South Carolina the other day. It was a very good bounce back from getting throttled by Alabama and Ole Miss. Congrats. Look forward to meeting you in Baton Rouge.....seems like your run defense is getting better and better.
