Ok, No! That's what I said previously! He will get five years.

Now, Gus is going to lose to Arkansas, Ole Miss, Bama , Aggies.
This could happen. Will he get fired?

Bert's system is good and injuries have played a big role in the OOC losses.

He's got at least 2 more IMO. But the Arky fanbase is getting a little tired of the OOC losses

Brett is going nowhere. Plus, we will patch things up enough to pull out 4 or 5 wins I believe.

Barring any more drastic injuries.

I'm not convinced that a power run philosophy wouldn't work in today's SEC to be honest. Bielema, for all the reputation he has, really hasn't committed to the rushing attack and has gone with much more of a balanced attack then people think.

If anything Arkansas has a noted tendency to go full on Air Raid in the 4th quarter of close games. Which we've tended to lose.

The games where the Hogs just hatted up and ran right at people have tended to be the games we've won decisively.

In order of beatability, Auburn has:

1. Arkansas
2. MSU
3. A&M
4. UGA
5. Bama
6. OM

For Auburn, it could actually get really bad. So potentially. But it's tough to say right now. I think Muschamp's hire has bought him some extra time.

Probably not. That would be a 7-5 season but he would definitely be sitting on a red hot seat. We don't take that shite anymore at auburn. Since Alabama got back the thirst for greatness at auburn got even more amped. 2-10 or 3-9 with no sec wins and you're damn right he would be gone and money wouldn't matter.

That falls on him though, no? Why change your philosophy in the 4th quarter of a close game?

our depth has dictated that

with depth that bert is building with our redshirt program we'll be able to 'hat up' on people and run right at them.

But the way they have played has been laughable

Well true but pot/kettle. The most laughable play of the year so far was your team, if you need more specifics I'm talking about JJ's backwards pass. More? JJ who was supposed to be in Heisman contention on a team that was preseason top 10.

Trust me I know we have sucked. But this thread isn't about auburn. Start one if you so please. We have by far and away been the biggest disappointment this year. But again this thread is about Bert and if he were to survive a 2-10 season. Thanks

They are stuck with him $15.5 million buyout if fired before 2018.

Every SEC fans should be sending Jeff Long a thank you note.

Wow. Curious - what does he have to pay if he were to leave?

Throwback to Bo Schembechler - 10
Hugh Freeze - 7

Sometimes, it works.
