thanks for the link. I too think he will have a good year. He makes good decisions and is very athletic. I would like to see his delivery shortend. Other than that i think he fits our offense pretty well.

Well as an unproven QB you better be able to scramble and make things happen.

That side armed left handed toss he made down by the endzone in The Peach Bowl was badazz, especially for a t-freshman.

Let me say that i did misread the title of this thread. I thought it said "great" not "good".

I do think he will have a good season, but not great.

i think he will have a really solid season, which will be more than good enough with the tiger backfield... scott will draw a lot of attention and give jefferson some 1 on 1 matchups... and i think jefferson is talented enough to take advantage of those. i think he will have a pretty good TD/INT ratio... he can obviously scramble too

so yeah i think he will have a good year.

Love how Ole Miss fans think they're invincible after one decent season conveniently forgetting like 5 straight years before then.

i love how all LSU fans use the same tired comeback as everyone else...

so you think that OM will roll over for your unproven qb and crappy defense?

yea, we're real scared. trust me...all this time off hasn't slowed us down yet.....we're ready to hit a motherfricker.

LSU fans do not know what to expect from JJ... Against 2 SEC defenses he completed less than 50% of his passes. Had 3 TD and 1 INT, and in neither game he threw for over 200 yards.

With that said if he can just limit fumbles/INT and provide leadership LSU will be fine.

Remember Bama won with JPW only throwing 9 TD and 7 INT, but he limited his other mental mistakes and they relied on defense and running game. Thats what LSU is going to attempt to do this year.
