It won't help LSU when teams are selected for the Championship.

Probably the main reason to pull for the SEC. Within the next couple a years its going to come down to a SEC runner up vs a PAC 12, BIG whatever champ for the 4th seed. The SEC being dominant in the postseason would be helpful.

If the SEC is the measuring stick, the rest of the country will catch up or employ a better success strategy.

On a separate note: I just wonder at times if the Southern Poverty Law Center will ever list football fans as hate groups. (I know this won't occur, but the level of hate of football fans sometimes measures the same levels as some of the hate groups).

You meant to post this on the Tiger Rant right?

Most people I know want to watch a train wreck, whether it is SEC or non-SEC.

All you frickers invade FL for recruiting so I hate all of you.

If we aren't in play for NC, why should we want a non SEC team to win? I don't understand the logic. I would like Auburn to win the NC and then beat the brakes of them in 2014.

I've pulled against USCe, bama, lsu, and A&M. Haven't decided who I'm going for this game as I really dislike FSU.

Sitting in the Tallahassee airport and the fans have come out of hiding for sure. They've been on the down low for the last 5 years

I was rooting for Bama, but mainly because it was OU.

I don't really hate Bama for some reason.

I rooted against LSU and Ole Miss, though. I'm not an SEC fanboy.

At a point when almost none of your OOC games are relevant, you need your conference to win bowl games--especially big ones! There was certainly a time of bias against the SEC that left our teams sitting out of national championship games.
