Talent means nothing if you can't coach it. As you can see, he taken talent from a 3-9 team to 7-1 right now.

No Gus is an offensive genius and will have Auburn in a BCS bowl this season. Bielema is the one overated.

You'll never get top 20 recruiting classes on a consistent basis. Top 30 is the best you can hope to sustain and the sooner you recalibrate your expectations accordingly the better you'll sleep at night.
I look forward to watching the Arky/Mizzou rivalry develop. Glad Slive could finally provide y'all with an equitable rivalry. After 20 years of treading water in the West, it was time to give y'all a reward for sticking around.

I think he's a middle of the pack SEC head coach, but that is mostly because he is so unproven. He'd be way down my list of coaches if I were picking a coach for my school from the SEC pool.
Not sure if that makes him overrated, or underrated, or what.
