Directors Cup is biased to some sports (like water polo) where a very limited slice of the USA competes. Capitol One Cup is even more biased to the ACC where lacrosse and soccer get 60 points like football and basketball. Seems no sport that is not played officially in all the P5's should get 60 points.

Agreed.

Well since we only earned points in 2 sports, I guess our rank is ok. We are ahead of UT, so that's a win in my book. Thought we had 4 of these sports, not 2, but whatever.

Anyone know the name of the overall sports award that doesn't penalize for not having particular sports? I remember there was one and Vandy usually was middle of the pack in the SEC.

Your best sports are done for the year except outdoor track.

No they aren't.

Arkansas is the defending Womens Outdoor Track National Champions. Arkansas was the National Runner Up in Mens Outdoor Track last season and will compete again for the title this season.

Arkansas is also good at Womens and Mens Tennis

Baseball is not going to miss the post season two years in a row under DVH like it did a season ago.

So yea, your claim of Arkansas only having one sport left is false. Nice Try though

golf will bring substantial points as well, especially the women.

NCAA golf seems odd at the end. Teams that look like shoo ins from the SEC get killed on that last day or two.
