Bama still would have scored what they did against the LSU defense. The only question is what LSU might have done against an Alabama defense without Turner. We will never know.

There might be more parity between the big programs but it will only further separate the big guys (Bama, UGA, tOSU, etc) from the rest of us.
I have to say that I’m just so darned tired. Programs like mine don’t stand a chance. In the 70s it was increasing scholarships. That was the first blow....

They won’t. The top 30-35 programs will set up their own super/semi pro league and leave the rest of us to these normal geographical conferences. This will be good for all sports not named football too. Frankly I think this would be best for everyone. The big guys do their thing and the rest of can...

JMU is a great football program. One of the top and even won a national championship at the lower tier. I’ve gone to some of their games and they have a terrific atmosphere, crowd support and new (half) stadium.
I don’t know what is going on with Virginia. They had 3 of their players murdered at...

Us Vandy fans are so busy preparing for the festivities that we haven’t had time to post here. I expect Hawaii to be better this year and they will be playing with intensity due to the tragedy. But we will be a lot better this year too.
