Since the announcement of the Longhorn Network in 2011, Texas has missed the NCAA baseball tournament three times, with a losing record in two of those seasons. The other? Their spot was stolen by Missouri in walk-off fashion.

UT-Austin definitely has the better history, and aTm has THE dominant college baseball team in Texas this year, but I'd say TCU has the most dominant baseball program in the state of Texas for the last several years. Rice is no slouch either.
