Your state hardly has any experience with natural disasters causing people to lose everything they have. The only two I can think of are Ivan and the tornados in T-town. Louisina has had two historic floods this year alone. You call us pussies for being worried about this storm and Gainesville, but the marjority of us are just worried for the state of Florida. We hope everything will be fine and the game is played on time.
God speed to everyone there.

LSU-McNesse was a mutually agreed upon cancellation.
2016 LSU-Florida LSU said we'll play you any time, any place, and Foley and Florida said "no".
That by definition, makes this a forfeit and not a cancellation. Since it wasn't mutual, and since LSU was prepared to move forward with a variety of contingency plans, this is a forfeit by University of Florida for unilaterally withdrawing from a scheduled game and refusing all attempts at rescheduling and contingency plans.
