Just reschedule game for the Saturday of the SEC Championship game. You'll both be free that weekend.

Yeah.....same thing
fricking idiot.
if that is true expecting the Florida coaches and players to abandon their families to the wrath of the storm that weekend for a football game is crazy.

LSU fans have been calling for Florida to forfeit the game because they don't want LSU to travel to Gainsville and play a 11 am kick with a 20% chance of rain for the day.

The good news is that we can be pretty sure that Matthew will be out of the area, so there is ample time to move the game to Saturday night or Sunday.
You must not hurricane! They make up their own mind.

So we are back to summer mode.

was the cancellation a game time decision or did LSU know a week in advance that a lightening storm was going to hit that night?
Not that it matters, your point is super valid either way.

Not all states' infrastructure is a shitty as it is in Louisiana and are higher elevation than practically sea level.

dude they're evacuating the fricking state. how does it not make sense to move the game somewhere else out of harms way? those bitches would rather forfeit than move the game somewhere else, anywhere else.

I understand that LSU had the benefit of the game against SCAR moved because of rain last year, but demanding Florida travel to Baton Rouge or forfeit the game just shows the sense of entitlement LSU fans have, not that I'm surprised.
GFY a-hole LSU is not demanding shite. We sure as hell reserve the right to decide if we are putting our coaches, players, and fans in danger by traveling into a category 3 or 4 hurricane path. I am just fine playing there and nobody is scared of Florida get over yourself.

We did. Probably one of the most shameful moments in the history of our program. Think we also lost draft picks over it as well.
