Bama is going to get a lot of the recruits they want, because Bama has earned that.
There are overflow kids though that Bama isn't targeting/doesn't want/doesn't have the room to take. Of those leftover kids you don't think any one of them are swayed to play in what is viewed as the best conference? Play against the national champion and try and take them down? Draw from the exposure being the top conference brings, and ultimately be better prepared for the NFL if they aspire for that.
People wanna throw out catchy one liners without actually considering the reality of it. The more we win, the more championships the more we ALL benefit.

People on here act as if we can have no sec love but every sec bowl game I have watched you and clearly hear the chants of sec, so I guess that means that there is a lot of fans that cheer for the wrong thing

You are a wise and honorable poster, Mr. enemy. Unfortunately, you will now likely be treated like a five star Louisiana recruit that opts to play for Bama. Be strong...no matter what they say, you are still a five star.

Most of your LSU brethren will think you've been swayed to the dark side but I say welcome to the light. I guarantee you if LSU was playing for a NC 80%+ of Bama and SEC fans would be pulling for you. (I still reserve my God given right to hate AU.)

That's stupid. Alabama winning helps no one but them. Like they need more 4 and 5 star recruits. I'd love to see what Satan could do with 2 and 3 star recruits. Gumps winning only helps Gumps.

Honestly, aside from the Ole Miss and Bama game there hasn't been another game played this year where I hated both teams as much as this championship game. I hope both teams come down with the flu and have to forfeit. They make them co-champions and neither team is desperate enough to claim it. So it goes down in history as no champion.
But we all know Bama would claim it. They're the Ole Miss of claiming NCs.
