Im still trying to wrap my head around why Ole Miss would allow the guy who cuts their grass to come in their OPs building, hang out, and them talk and message recruits.

I dont even allow my yard guy in the garage to grab some shade. What a group of morons.

Over and over again, people told the NCAA they didn't know someone or that they didn't have any contact with them and the cell records would show dozens of calls and texts in very short periods of time.

This is why they think they have the drop on SA#39.

He told the NCAA that he misremembered something about getting paid by a booster. The NCAA then showed him where Barney had confessed to receiving text from the booster stating that the payment had been made. #39 then knew that there was no use pretending that he didn't get paid.

And rebels think this is going to get them out of some charges

$30k and people talking 4 year bowl bans. WTF

It's a lot more than this. There are 15 Level 1 violations, bruh. That's a lot. There are coaches arranging booster/recruit introductions. There are coaches ARRANGING for violations to take place. This is a cultural thing, not a single rogue booster/rogue assistant thing. You need to accept that. Also, you're completely forgetting about the stuff involving ACTs. Ya'll are in some shite man...and it's deep.

That's a very minor part of it. The academic fraud and blatant attempt to piss in the NCAAs face is what's going to get the most.

That and what comes from the burner phones in the next NOA.

Y'all remember that time when State posters were saying that OM had the media wrapped around their finger? That the media protected them? You remember how we got ridiculed by tRant for thinking that and it made it sound like we were butthurt?

Uh... the COI is on 9/11. What part of that did you not understand?

Edit. Just saw where you acknowledged that you were unaware. Disregard.

Also, what is the deal with Leo Lewis: he gets $15,000 from a Ole Miss booster, but doesn't go to Ole miss. But what happened with that money? Shouldn't Lewis have to give that money back, or be ineligible to play at Miss St.? And shouldn't he make all the wins of last season he played in (he started the entire season) be forfeited? How has the NCAA addressed that situation?

To be fair, he was fighting back tears when he was talking about OM making it personal and he doesn't have a wife or kids.

Did he say his job is really really really important? Look, I'm all about college football and sports in general, but I don't know how a sports journalist could think his job is that important. A teacher, a cop, a doctor, etc... those jobs are really important. I agree with him, our media has done a poor job of being honest about things and being objective, but my gosh this guy is a bitch. I'm not with the people saying wolken is biased, I think he's doing his job, but when you go on podcasts and be so whiny and emotional, talking about not having a wife and kids and how really important his job is, he just makes these people feel they are right. Informative podcast, but man he is annoying.

Did you just fly in from Uranus?
It's called immunity. As in immune from something. Like punishment.

He bought a car. Paid $7,000 cash down.
He paid some of his momma' bills - around $3,000
He spent another $1,000 on something I can't remember.
The rest he probably dropped on hookers and blow or other fun stuff.

It is all documented in the NCAA response - along with his get out of jail free card.

A player can get all the money he wants from any school in the nation and not be in jeopardy of losing eligibility. He just can't receive money from the school he plays at. That would make him ineligible.

False. Without the immunity deal, Lewis would almost certainly be ineligible for a period of time and could lose his eligibility completely.

I actually think he is correct if the rules are strictly interpreted depending on timing of payments and signing, could be wrong though.
