The bridge schedules are a joke, nothing you can do about it, win your games and it works out. I like Florida on the schedule every year, always a great game. The best way to solve any "unfairness" is to only count the division records to determine the East and West rep in Atlanta. Can we at least agree on that?

It's going to be this way as long as the Bama-hat(that they bought from the Walmarks) wearing SEC office employees continue to take matters into their own hands.

They don't like "those dumb cajuns" competing with the almighty "Tahhd"

Texas A&M's schedule is easier.

So I'm not sure what Cowherd's beef is.

Cowherd's beef is that Alabama keeps getting to the ship with that weak schedule.

This is what should be done. There's no excuse.

Seriously, why can't division records be used to select the two division champions? It makes the most sense to do it this way and allows the continuance of all "rivalry" games. I have a feeling a certain school would not like this idea.

again look at sos for each team since 2008. Not the disparity y'all make it out to be. You lost to a terrible Florida team that Bama would have beaten. Look at our record versus Florida and realize the team y'all lost to was embarrassed by Loiville and yet y'all still cry about it while fishing your last two seasons losing your bowl games especially against Clemson. After all you got to play a team in your home state that y'all had beaten once already, so it seems all of the advantage was yours.

We also soundly beat Texas ATM, keep trying.

shite, Alabama has gotten national championships for losing bowl games.

Yeah, we both know how that story started.

You're a dipshit.

division records only would be fine. But that just isn't how it is done right now.

Next thing you know it will somehow be Alabama's fault that we don't determine division champs this way.

As Bama fans why can't you acknowledge the obvious truth to the LSU fans on the RANT?

Why can’t you agree that LSU is at a competitive disadvantage as long as Florida remains their permanent opponent?

Why can’t you freely acknowledge that you are very happy indeed to keep the advantage as long as Florida remains an SEC perennial power, and Tennessee remains an SEC cellar dweller?

While Bama doesn’t have an unfair advantage against TAM like they do against LSU, Florida is the main reason why Bama went to the SEC C.G. last year instead of TAM.

Instead, the Bama fans flame the LSU fans by calling them whiners and crybabies. If you don't want to be honest, who are the real trolls on this thread?

damn that really stings.

Just kidding. SEC and BCS Champs last year. I wonder how many teams LSU will let drive down the field to win the game at the end of the 4th quarter this year.

All of them.

Didn't you hear? LSU lost ALL their players to draft. They can't field a team.

0-12.

Only counting division games is more fair, but the argument against it is that it makes the cross-division games essentially OOC games and therefore less important. I think the SEC is going to want each conference game to have max importance especially with the SEC network coming online.

Personally, I don't have an issue with only counting division games. Just wanted to provide the potential reason the change won't be made.

I really don't think the schedule and playing for National Championships would be an issue IF other teams would have taken care of their own business.

Oklahoma State jizzed on themselves, Baylor absolutely destroyed an over rated Kansas squad and Stanford took care of the Ducks in OT.

Had the above teams handled their business, Bama would not be in possession of the last 3 of 4 Crystal trophies.

Won't matter we are more respected than LSU and will get to the title game any way. Y'all have spent too many years in the suck to be taken seriously on a national level. Don't worry you can cry about that and I am sure they'll change it for you.

Is this not the case EVERY year? Someone losing ALWAYS allows some one else to go.
