Meh. I guess it might come across as implying that the girl in question was drunk, but what he said is true. Rape allegations, especially on college campuses, are often complete bullshite concocted by women who acted extremely slutty and regretted it the next day.
Point being, it's best to let all of the facts come out and let the criminal justice system work it out before passing judgment on anyone.

And yes, sometimes these things turn out to be nothing. But Vandy did the right thing in suspending them pending investigation. If it's nothing, bring them back and throw the book at the girl. Sexual assault is nothing to mess with. Assuming it's a girl making the claim.

At this point it is an investigation. I have always found it hypocritical how the media will portray it out like the alleged perp did it and all that is left is a trial that the guilty defendant will hopefully not get out of. Then throw in an innocent until proven guilty comment or say allegedly a couple of times and act like that is fair and balanced.

before this incident I've never heard of any Vandy off-season arrest news in my life. this could be bad. Vandy might actually be relevant in the future.
