If the top 4 win out, then it should be Alabama vs Oregon.
Kansas State's remaining schedule is a joke, while Alabama's will only get harder (LSU, SEC Championship). Kansas's State's wins don't look so impressive considering other teams have replicated the results or better. Notre Dame blew out Miami (FL) and dominated Oklahoma @ Oklahoma.
Notre Dame would suffer from Oregon beating USC twice and not having a conference championship game (like Kansas State). Oklahoma is the only team they've beaten with a good record.
Oregon still has 3 ranked teams on their schedule, but they aren't impressive. However, Oregon should finish the season the strongest.
All 3 teams have good scoring defenses, so that'd be nice. Who's offense would pose the greatest challenge to Alabama?

Kansas State's schedule is finished, and their strength of schedule will gradually decline.
Notre Dame has one game left, and their strength of schedule will gradually decline. USC hasn't looked great this season, while Oregon has been amazing. IF Oregon defeats USC twice, then the USC Notre Dame game won't be worth much.
Neither Kansas State or Notre Dame are eligible for conference championship games, which will also hurt.
Alabama and Oregon's schedules theoretically should only get harder and currently look like they'll boost the respective teams' strength of schedules.
