For you ladies or for your lady friends - one of our local boutiques started carrying these and I think they are cute for what they are. Looks like you can buy different straps - leather, canvas, school logo - to switch out depending on your outfit.

we used to fill ziplock backs with Jim Beam (or whatever) - we would double & triple bag them (to avoid any spillage or leaks)
then we would have the girls (our dates) put on a pair of 99 cent Leggs (or any other cheap pantyhose) & duct tape the bag of liquor to the inside of their thighs (as close to the crotch as humanly possible)
never had a problem sneaking in a full 1/5 of hooch with that plan!
on a side note; one of my fraternity brothers was actually quoted in the Red & Black "They touched my penis"!
this would have been 1989 or 1990 - the frisking of students actually did get less intense after that article was published
but NEVER, not once was a female ever busted walking in with liquor
so, if it is really important to you to have a cocktail at the game - now you know how...
your welcome

Ole Miss will never do it. Donations would plummet after having to listen to wife's bitch up and down about not being able to bring their $800 bag into the game.

These are really the only two points that irritate me about the MSU policy:
and
An exception should be made for diaper bags. They should properly search them, but be allowed.
Regarding stadium cushions, sounds like they are just trying to force people to pay the $50 per seat for the ones they provide if someone wants to use them. I've got these, and technically they are "covered", so no idea if they will be allowed or not.

What about diaper bags?
Diapers and other baby supplies must be carried in a permissible 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the stadium.

Are seat cushions allowed to be carried into the venue?
Only approved seat cushions may be carried into Davis Wade Stadium. Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, storage compartments, armrests or covers are not permitted.

To me that isn't a big deal. The few times I took my daughter to a game still in diapers, we took a portable pouch of wipes, 3 diapers, and a couple of bottles filled with water and one of those powder formula containers. All of that would easily fit in a gallon Ziploc. Chances are you're only going to be there 2.5-3 hours max. People aren't taking infants and toddlers to big games. You take them to early season OOC cupcake games or the OOC game near the end of the year. Do any of the stadiums allow strollers? We used to take her to the Troy games and the stroller had a huge area under the seat to store stuff that wasn't enclosed. Fold it up once you get to your seat and it can fit under the seat.

Ole Miss is not. We can still carry our sheets to put over our head in concealed bags if we don't wear them in.
