While this is just the way hiring coaches works, I'd be a bit nervous that Morris is Cracker Sumlin.

I'm not gonna pretend to know the ins and outs of SMU but Morris took over a shite program and at least has them trending upward. Whereas Sumlin came from a Houston program he maintained but didnt really build himself. Plus Morris is an Ag and would only ever leave for NFL.

Chip Kelly is less like a good coach and more like those
weakass chips that are supposed to be used for dip but don't work when you dip them in the dip. They just break and fall apart. They tend to call them restaurant chips like that makes them special... but in reality they are fake restaurant chips.
