So who's to say Chavis didn't get someone to edit his copy of the contract? This is all just getting so silly.

Does it say anything about offering his copy of the contract?

This is pretty standard actually

If true, Chavis should provide his copy. Any million dollar+ contractual obligation is printed for a number of people.

If true, a number of people have a copy. VP of Finance Gary Barnes, for one. Any potential employer will absolutely require a copy of your contract.

no, no, no. if you read the posts from the non-lsu fans, it's clear that someone in the lsu ad altered a contract knowing that chavis had a signed copy/original thinking that nothing would ever come of it. that's way more likely

Yep. If he "lost" his copy, then sorry. This shouldn't be very difficult to figure out, and if it's frivolous, LSU should reconvene.

I mean, he has an agent. And his current employer 100% has a copy.

Your AD has fired a Lacrosse coach and canceled their season based on a false rape allegation.

Agreed. Probably nothing but it should be automatic jail time.

Lol at that comparison.

I'm no Alleva homer, but everyone knows that Duke case was very back and forth.

So he signed an extension in 2013 for 2 extra years, which he broke, now he's worried about a 2012 contract? Makes sense

He needs to be more worried about actually fielding a D next year, the whole D is soft and injured. He currently has one scholarship LB to work with.....a freshman EE

countryvol just told you that the case was open and shut and alleva just cancelled the season probably based on something like a coin flip, because he's an incompetent jerk

Poor baby. Perhaps if A&M believes they are being mis treated then they can run back to the Big 12 conference.

Not to mention thrown across EVERY major news station in the country, comments made by the President, and the subject of conversation every day on ESPN for months.
