In all honesty, what he is doing is ridiculous. A&M fans can't really be pleased with how he is handling this. He decided to leave LSU, breached his contract and now is screaming and crying about the repercussions of leaving. LSU made him a household name, it's a shame how this has turned out.

Well I think a lot of LSU fans would agree that this fact has already been established.
However, I have a hard time believing that anyone altered the contract after Chavis signed it.
