FWIW, I think it'll be a tough game. Freeze has put some fight into your Rebs.

And I respect and agree with you on that. I'm not saying we will beat you all, but I do think it will be more of a game with it being Freeze's first one at home. But that depends on a lot of factors. Injuries, how each team has played up until that point, etc. The confidence both teams have going into that game will be a big factor.

well.....yeah.

I'd say with the same meaning "What if Ole Miss can win 6" along with saying "What if MSU can win 11).

Both are far-fetched but reachable pending everything going perfectly.

Exactly. The delusions are equal in that regard. I really never understand the "try to predict the season" stance anyway...OM fans are better off just to enjoy this ride for the first month, and State fans are much better served to just enjoy these first 2 months... Because the bubble most likely busts for each of us in Tuscaloosa

It's fricking Bama.

But this will be where the injuries begin to hurt your depth. Not just talking scoreboard.

A&M will be more of the same- just not as bad.

They're going to beat y'all by 30+ as well.

Nahhh- we'll drop a 14-17 point game in T-Town

No Coon. Each one of your posts breathes ignorance to me. You go more off your bias' and stick less to the facts than other State fans.

I think they will beat yall by 30+ easy but I think we can hang with them for a while before they pull away and beat us 23-13, 28-14 kind of game. Yall's defense won't be able to stop them

Ya'll will last longer because of your depth and better talent, but they're going to pull away from y'all in the second half and win 38-7/41-10.

we played them good last year and this years team is alot better, I think our defense can hold their own and our offense may put up a td or 2

That's just silly.

last year, we lost by 17, while ole miss lost by 45. I don't think any of the 3 teams is different enough that it suddenly becomes "exactly the same."

I think y'all score more than we do. Defensively again I think y'all will hang with them for a while but eventually they are going to wear y'all out like they will everyone but LSU.

I assume by saying "the exact same way" he meant they will do as they please with both teams.

bias on what? I'm about as levelheaded as you can get.

Your defense is God-awful- that isnt bias
You lack depth- that isnt bias
Wallace is going to get hurt which will hamper your offense- thats not bias, thats watching a decent defense hit him last Saturday.

I've never seen someone get beat so handily like you guys did by a team that will finish around 12-13th in the nation- and it's such a cause for optimism. It's mind-blowing

also confidence can play a huge role. Say we're 7-0 heading into t-town, that would do a world of good for our players and especially Tyler Russells confidence

That's the thing - they didn't do as they pleased against us last year. We held them to 17 points up until the last minute of the game.

I'm not arguing that we can beat them. We can't. But we have the ability to make it respectable.
