I was merely trying to illustrate that Alabama, while always being near the top in the SEC in most football categories, and the top ranked 'SEC' school in terms of national prestige, they were not THAT far ahead of Tennessee, Georgia and LSU in number of all-time NCAA victories, prior to Saban.
But in the last decade, Bama has jumped up to 3rd or 4th all time in # of NCAA victories. Whether that represents a 'Big 1' in the SEC is a matter of opinion however....

Yea, I'd agree with that. I will say that those who interact with both generally tell me that the UK basketball people are even more nuts than Alabama people are, which is an accomplishment.

The Big Six is the collection of teams that have won the SEC championship before. Therefore, your facts don't mean shite.

I see that LSU claims a basketball title in 1935.

Right now, Alabama is officially 6th in wins of FBS teams.

It's a stretch to even include basketball, but baseball? Does everyone even have a baseball team? You might as well include women's basketball if you're going to include baseball.
