Can we all agree on this whole "Big 6" thing - Alabama is the Big 1

There is a Big 1, then there are a Kind of Big 5. Lumping the next 5 schools in with Alabama is just as silly as lumping the bottom 6 schools in with the top 6. There are 2 clear dividing lines. Alabama - Next 5 - Bottom 6.
Alabama is #1 in all categories, and #1 by a wide margin. National Titles, SEC Titles, Wins, AP Top 25 finishes, AP Top 10 finishes, Bowl Appearances, head to head records, etc. When you review the numbers #2 - #6 are very close in most of these stats with some on top in Bowls, some on top in SECT, some on top in winning seasons, etc. #7 is CLEARLY behind #2-6. But #2 (Tennessee) is CLEARY behind Alabama in everything as well (as are #3-#6).
So, 2-6 can argue on who gets to be in the "Secondary 5", but there is no "Big 6".

No, it is just a realistic review of the factual evidence.
If we aren't separating Alabama out from the next 5 then there is no need to separate the "Big 6" out from the next 8. It's the exact same concept.

We just had a 7 page argument about the "Big Six".
The logic that is used to justify the need to have a "Big Six", applied correctly, would also show that there is really the need to have a Big 1 / Next 5 / Bottom 8.
Any other application of said logic is faulty.
