How many yards did we gain in the second half of last year's game?

I seem to remember driving inside the Auburn 20-yard line three times in the 4th quarter alone and coming away with 0 points. We racked up plenty of yardage in the second half, we just had a field goal kicker who couldn't make easy threes.

Until they actually come within 3 touchdowns of Alabama in a game, I think there should be a rule disallowing Tennessee fans from piggy-backing upon the success of others.

Here's a better question:

If Alabama does figure out spread offenses and shuts them down

Is all truly lost for anyone not named Alabama?

that sounds like a redzone offense issue to me.

it is.

We need to start a varsity men's soccer team at UA and just use it to farm kickers.

it's odd how y'all point fingers at Cade when you're OL, CB's and redzone offense had troubles at various times throughout the season. It's an easy cop-out for someone who really doesn't understand the intricacies of football.

We stopped it well enough. If we had a kicker who was worth a damn, we wouldn't be having this discussion. The problem is the special teams, not the defense.

Actually you don't stop it well enough. If Marshall could throw better, you wouldn't have won if he could make those FGs.

We make one of those kicks and we win the game. It was Cade Fosters fault.

What about number 30 (i think) who could've just barely pushed him out of bounds on that last return? What about the fact that AU rushed for nearly 6 yards per carry? Blaming one player is something that, again, people with little knowledge of football do.

Exactly.

And if my aunt had a dick she'd be my uncle.

Blaming 1 individual for a loss is pathetic. This isn't tennis or golf.

LOL he makes just 1 kick out of 3 and we win. He had one job and screwed it up.

And if there is one tackle not broken for a TD and you win. Go find that play too. It's the exact same concept, just not as obvious to those who only watch the football every play.

Cade Foster had an easy 33 yarder to make. He ruined Bama's season.

Cade certainly deserves some blame. But so do others. Don't carry that hate in your heart Larry. That's the shite that causes cancer.

When you run the ball nearly every play, 296 yards rushing is not dominating.

Tell me that Air Force, Navy, Georgia Southern, GT, etc would have ran for 300 yards on Bama? It's not just spread teams, it's talented spread teams.

What will be funny is if Tennessee has you on your heels next year. They have eight weeks and loads of talent at WR and RB and they're at home. I'm not saying they will definitely give you a run for your money, but they are just the type of team that could.
