Yes, that's probably fine. But the cognitive dissonance of doing that but pushing outright mutilation on children is top notch cognitive dissonance by Cali.

California also just made it a law that using gas powered lawn mowers and weed eaters is against the law and can be fined and one year in jail. What else would you expect from these idiots!!

Well, since the millenials are mostly the ones who are parents, letting them make this decision seems to make a lot of sense.
Maybe we've spent a little too much time allowing people who aren't going to be present in the future define it.
