It's very similar to the ACC in football. Just because the had one team win the NC and another win a BCS game doesn't mean the rest of the conference isn't garbage.

Florida and Kentucky have been elite college basketball programs for years now. Kentucky has been forever. That has nothing to do with the fact that the SEC does suck in basketball right now. UF and UK are good, the rest are mediocre.

UGA finished 3rd in the SEC this year..... The SEC IS garbage. Having the top 2 teams do well, does not make the conference decent. Just like the NBA East is Garbage this year. Pacers/Heat....all the rest of the shite teams. Same thing as the SEC.....GARBAGE!

The SEC got dogged on all year because Kentucky was not playing up to potential. Tenn. was similar but everyone expected UK to be a final four team.

When they lost a lot of games early, people thought it was UF and a bunch of nobodies.

UK started playing well and now they are hot.
