Nice job starting off with a personal attack before you wrote total crap. Miami is getting embarrassed at home in a regional many believe they didn't deserve to host. The 'Canes are proving the naysayers correct not just by losing...but getting destroyed.
Kentucky lost a crazy, close-as-it-gets game against a very good team. The 'Cats didn't embarass themselves.
And it's "a loss is a loss." Good job.

Miami didn't deserve to host, and it's showing.
ALL I'M SAYING, is that Kentucky didn't prove that they deserved to host by losing to Kent State.
Did they previously deserve to host, and do they still deserve to host based on their overall season? Yes, I agree to that completely.

Right. I'm not saying UK proved anything either way by losing to Kent State in 21-innings. I'm saying they were more deserving to host before the tournament started and did nothing to disprove that in one crazy, close loss.
OTOH, Miami is proving everyone who said they didn't deserve to host right by getting torched so far on their home field.

Based on results so far and by the results during the regular season, choosing between the two teams up for the last host spot and 1 seed, the committee made a mistake.

SMS has always had a great starter they never had the second guy. I blame Lump for that. I wonder if he still has the catchers call own game?
9-2 now ugh here they come. Pat Burrell hit one off us in Austin one year NASA tracked, so there is a history. I think Miami also eliminated us in the CWS.

Does Art have the call of the game on 98.7? I hated listening to him, especially during our banquets.

I don't hate him, I did date his daughter for a little while about 4 years ago. She was odd.
He is the KC Chiefs Gameday Host now, not sure if he's calling the Bears today. Guess I could turn it on and find out...no Bears on it. Cardinals draft talk.

I just want to point out that deserving to host has NOTHING to do with how well you do in your regional, but how well you did during the season.
