Surgery for a "sprain?" Edit: Just read about tight rope surgery. Had never heard of it.

It has to do with the joint where your fibula and tibia come together. They basically install a wire (hence “tight rope”) to keep the bones together at that point. The official name for the joint is syndesmosis (if you desire to look it up).

Syndesmosis can be sprained and it’s typically a high ankle sprain when it’s involved.

Georgia doesn't deserve to have him back after what they said about the Bama WR injuries in '22.

A. You have no idea if he’s healthy enough or not to come back. All of this is speculation.

B. He’s not a pussy like Chase or Stingley. If he’s healthy enough, he’ll suit up.

I meant he could come back next year, but frick you anyway.

Chase only needed 1 good year in college and he's the best WR in the NFL.

Bowers has a long fricking way to go to be compared to Chase's backup.

A few good games doesn’t make him the best in the league. You are delusional/a homer.

Tua had it pretty much the day after the SEC championship game and was good to go a month later vs Oklahoma. That being said he didn't have to run routes.

Also wasn't 6-4 and about 240. Also wasn't 100% if memory serves...seems like he was slightly hobbled, no?

This thread is about how long he’ll be out this year, not if he’s returning in 2024. Retard

Also, Chase being a good pro player has nothing to do with him being a pussy and sitting out an entire season while fully healthy.

Maybe you can tell me where to get one of those asterisk thingies to hand to a team if they beat us now.

While I hope the best for Brock, no one can deny that running the routes, making the cuts that he makes, is not different from what a QB does in the pocket. His recovery will be much more difficult, but he is a strong dude so it wouldn't surprise me at all if he was able to come back in 4 weeks. Personally I think it will closer to 6-8 weeks only because of the position he plays.

*sigh*

Look at my first post in this thread and who I replied to.

*sigh*

Chase didn't need to covid season to be a top 5 pick and first WR off the board.

So, one of your best players could’ve been playing and helping your team win, but since they were drafted high it’s ok that they sat out a whole season?

That is cuck at an elite level.

What did we say about the Bama injuries? The only thing I saw is that we had injuries, too that were just as devastating.

Fill us in, please.

How much does losing Bowers hurt UGA?
Does that mail it in for the offense?

He's a great player.

But I honestly believe his backup (Oscar Delp) is a top 10 TE nationally. He has 160 yards and 2 TD getting #2 TE targets for UGA this season.

With Ladd McConkey working his way back to 100% in the WR room, I don't think UGA's overall offensive production will really change much.

What could be an impact are "clutch" plays as opposed to overall yardage. But McConkey has shown himself to be pretty good in those scenarios too.

If he was my kid - even if I were the biggest UGA fan on earth - I'd push very, very hard for him to recover and get ready for the draft.

UGA players like to try to come back to win a national title. Or 3. In a row.

Maybe that's why they end up in rehab.
