Funny how no one had a problem when the coaches all lobbied the NCAA to change recruiting rules to slow down Saban.
You're comparing this to a recruiting rule? Nice.

If you can't beat them; make a rule so you can win.

If anything, this definitively proves that Malzahn is in Saban's head. Nice try at spin though.
What does this have to do with Saban living in every aubs head?
A rule getting changed that has a slight negative affect on yall, it mus be that damn Saban. Keeping us down!

If this rule were to be passed, however unlikely, it would be reversed after next season. It would end up being very embarrassing for college football.
Its gonna get passed, and it wont be reversed. This will have very little actual impact on games.
But please, keep on whining. Its so entertaining.

I am very proud of CBB and CNS for donating their time and going to the trouble to protect our wonderful SEC athletes. Heck, they are so benevolent in the fact of attempting to take care of all NCAA athletes.
I wonder if Malzahn's insistence on injuring student athletes with the HUNH is going to hurt him on the recruiting trail? Seems like the best players are flocking to coaches like Saban who they know will always protect player safety.

Nice to see folks be better citizens of our great nation!
Amen, rev! Auburn saves thugs from their prior run ins with the law or getting booted from other schools. While Bama and Arky are trying to protect kids from injury. There's more than one way to serve the public.

1st 2 sentences were totally contradicted by the last paragraph
It's ok little buddy you can admit Saban is stuck in your head

Don't give a frick. Defenses should be allowed to sub in and out. I like the proposed rule change. Winning a game, not due to talent but due to the fact that you can simply snap the ball faster is BS.

This. People are embarrassing themselves with these over the top conspiracy theories.

So what I am learning from this thread is that Saban is so powerful and respected that he doesn't even have to vote on a rule to change it.

If you can't beat them....get the rules changed.

You also should have learned that the OP was in the room when the coaches / committee were discussing this. Wonder who the OP really is.

why not just stop the clock after every play?? does the same thing with no penalties involved.
This is a stupid rule
This is a stupid rule

He didn't like the way the High School coach out coached him in the IB. He skurred and so are all the fans who support the rule. If they are not then let it stand as is.

Its a window dressing rule. Its not going to change anything. A very very small percentage of plays are snapped before 10 seconds runs of the play clock as it is.
The only reason I like it is the reactions its having from people.
