I like our chances against LSU and aTm... We aren't beating Bama.

Bama is going to rape us in the 2nd Qtr unfortunately.

Hey Gumps can I at least get a fruit basket or a kiss on the cheek after you tear us a new a-hole?

We've got a few seniors who were here through the bullshite which is why I'm not worried about them losing the edge. They understand how quickly shite goes. We can score on Bama however I'm not sure our defense can stop Mccarron

Good. Those acting like these players are unaware and oblivious to the history have the wrong attitude. Hopefully there is enough leadership on that team to realize how special beating Bama would be, and they keep them fiery.

I've been thinking 10.5 or 11.5 at game time

Man I don't know I just feel unless a lot of money gets dropped on OM it would have to be about a 2 TD spread.

At least.

Think what it would be in Oxford, and add 6. I say it would be 7.5 in Oxford, so probably 13.5 in Tuscaloosa.

Selfishly, I hope for the gumps, tie that in with a loss against LSU, and the Aggies path to Atlanta is set.

It looks like most would want to upset Bama, then LSU and Auburn in that order.

Why? Do you have consternation of the Aggies successes?

Only one of those would be an upset, if the word upset is to have any real meaning. No one would be particularly shocked for Ole Miss to beat either the Tigers or the Collies (that's how this works, right?). It would be a monumental upset for us to beat the Elephants, though.

LSU might be an upset, since beating them would be at least a little surprising, but we are 2-3 against them over our last two coaching administrations, and that includes literally the 2 worst years in Ole Miss football history, and the other loss was last year and required a Tiger score on their last offensive possession of the game. Getting back to .500 over a 6 year span a year after that isn't exactly shock the world territory.

Last I heard the Vegas line is TAMU +1 or something like that. Last year, you guys required a stop on 4th and inches and then a score on your last offensive possession of the game to avoid becoming our first "SEC" victory in almost 2 years. You are still far closer to Big XII than Big 3.

To answer the spirit of your English-mangling question, though, sitting here at my computer today, I'd pick Bama, and it's not close. In the moment of victory, though, very little feels as good as beating LSU. They are number 2. I don't think beating TAMU is any more important to Ole Miss fans than beating Vandy. You don't matter anywhere but our final record.

Typical Aubbie fan. He can't let LSU or Bama have any glory, it must be someone else.

So we made plays and you didn't. Sorry for being better than you and having a top 5 finish? Have y'all ever had a top 5 finish?
