Next off season when you ask this, Kevin Steele to Auburn might be mentioned =)

Kentucky Bluegrass Miracle

They were on the goal posts trying to tear them down as LSU was scoring to beat them.

Not to mention that Kentucky coach, Guy Morriss was shivering down to his Buster Brown's from the Gatorade bath. Frickin' hilarious.

Stafford and unranked UGA taking it to #5 Auburn at Jordan-Hare in 2006.

Yes. And it ruined Tennessee athletics for the past 15 years.

Game 1 of the the CWS championship series against Florida in 2011 had to be a tough pill to swallow for them. They had us beat until Scott Wingo heroics when they had bases loaded with no outs in bottom of 9th to win the game. They were done after that game.

lots of them for us

In just recent years

2011 Utah State (They kicked our arse all game at home. We just pulled it out with seconds on the clock. Somehow)

2013 - Prayer at Jordan Hare - UGA was so hopeful

I dont look at the 2010, Camback as a heartbreaking win against Bama. They had nothing to play for at that point and we were the better team.

2013 Bama - Kick 6 - No real explanation needed

But those aren't the answer. The greatest heartbreak Alabama has ever given an opposing team: Dennis Franchione.

80 yards in 3 plays to wreck FSU's season, #1 ranking, and chance at a natty.

Widely regarded at the best and loudest game in the Swamp.

But you DIDN'T give him away. A&M stole him. And rejoiced about it.

Lolz... not at that point we weren't. It would have been an epic win, but in the grand scheme of things, the loss wasn't that big of a deal. Definitely not approaching heartbreak territory.

Mizzou just knows heartbreak. It's a one way street unfortunately.

Well in 2007 we did pull KU's once in a lifetime national title chance away from them at Arrowhead.

1966 Cotton Bowl over Arkansas. Broke their 22 game win streak and shot at National Championship

And we were furious with Fran and with Texas A&M. But both our perspectives changed dramatically soon after...

For A&M, it's probably KSU in 1998. They were undefeated and just needed to beat us to get to the NC game. They were up 15 late. We scored late, but had to get a quick stop, another TD, and a conversion. Bishop picked up a first down that would have iced the game, but we stripped the ball. We scored again and won in OT. Great game, and a soul crushing loss for KSU.

What's the most devastating loss your team ever gave another program?

2015 Jacksonville St. They deserved the win more than we did.

USCe probably not their biggest heartbreak, but Pollack's strip-terception in the endzone to sneak away with a win might be one of the most glorious snatch victory from the jaws of defeat moments we've had against them.

I will despise thay guy for the rest of my life for that.

For Alabama, I would say the 2011 BCS game against LSU was heartbreaking to them as they beat us earlier that year and was the undefeated SEC champ and we blew them out. I would say that was pretty heartbreaking for them, but I could care less lol

I'd say 2005 was more of a hearbreak in this scenario

0:01 Or 28-27 You'll have to ask Bama fans which one was more devastating. Having the SEC and National Championship ripped out of their hands or letting $cam Newton beat them in their own house with a massive comeback

'89 had to be tough on them as well. They were going to play for a natty.

In order of how they responded, I'd rank them like this...

1) Kick 6 - they killed a fellow fan for not being upset enough at the loss.

2) Cam Back - they committed environmental terrorism.

3) Welcome to AU - they threw a brick through their HC's window, physically threatened him, and ran him out of town.

well TAMU completely fricked out 2014 season, but that team probably still would have lost to Alabama regardless of anything that happened. The defense just sucked at the end of the year, and after a pretty promising start... oh well. Florida State fans could easily throw out the BCS Title game in 2013 against us as well.

For Auburn I've got four nominations:

Kick Six Iron Bowl 2013
28-27 Iron Bowl 2010
Punt Bama Punt

and then the Jamie Howard interception game in 1994.
