LSU's decline is in its infant stages. Tennessee's decline has already happened. They reached rock bottom and are on the way back it appears. Both teams' colors are horrid though so they have that in common.

Title. One title. This is about Tennessee, stop riding Florida's coattails.

I would fear for the safety of any gump or other opposing fan who talked shite to her after a loss.

While LSU was having 3/4 win seasons,

You've been getting a lot of mileage over that.

Funny stat:

All-time LSU 3 or 4 win seasons: 22

All-time Tennessee 3 or 4 win seasons: 22

The beauty of the SEC is that it's not dependent on a few teams - even bluebloods can go through a down period without hurting the conference although the general audience/announcers dislike it because of the brand appeal. To a small degree it hurts the public perception of the conference UNTIL the other SEC teams run roughshod over them. The loss is more in the brand name as people want to see that brand name (same was true when Bama was dreadful). It wasn't always this way in terms of the other teams being stronger than most but it is now.

That all said, Tennessee is finally on tIncline now.

One is already over so, not sure what the discussion is

While LSU was having 3/4 win seasons, UF and Tennessee were winning National Titles. Hopefully the same happens with their new tDecline

LSU went 10-2 the only season Spurrier won a national title, just FYI

So, LSU has been holding the SEC up. Gonna be rough times in the Southeast going forward.

Why do you think Saban let us have his best assistant? He's looking out for the conference

Knoxville and Nashville are both top 5 college football TV markets, so my research tells me you're full of shite.

Jesus, even your way of evaluating program value is stuck in the 1990's. You Tenn fans need a 5 year plan to catch up.

It's quite entertaining to see the A&M fans think the rescued the SEC from depression and despair.

And it is entertaining to see SEC fans that think they were getting paid competitively just because they are good at football.

Fact: Until we came along the SEC was set up to be the worst paid Power 5 conference for a LONG time

You are welcome

Wrong

Tennessee is one of the few teams in college football to never have less than 5 wins in a season.
