They were both close.

I absolutely love the referee's "explanation" after the PP Int. replay.
"The ruling on the field stands."
WHFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ????????
That's ITTTTTTT ???????

I can't even fathom how the hell the refs could say PP was out of bounds and/or the pass was "incomplete."
He had TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
feet in, not one; with BOTH of his hands holding the ball.
THAT'S incomplete? THAT'S out of bounds????????

Of course it was later revealed, the Replay Official in the booth was.........................................................wait for it................................
An Alabama grad.

Gee how convenient..........

C'mon. You're better than this. Interception and interception.

Only Bama disputes either of these.

Well, and maybe Aggie fans since they are all Bama these days in a very 'beat me so bad, I love you' kinda way

What if teams were reversed in both of those? Go.

Did you even watch the entire play? Wow. Left foot down on line which is below the frame of the camera in the tight, head-on shot, right foot out of bounds. You can see it from the overhead shot.

lighten up, Francis

pp already had possession by the point julio's feet hit the ground, and he was tucking the ball away as julio's feet it the ground

Yep. Complete play. 2 feet in bounds. Interception. Great play by a future all pro. So quick that 'ref eyes' can't compute what they're seeing

Williams caught it like a boss, but Ried pulled his hand off the ball before he landed, so nobody had it. Split second later LSU guy has it.

Fluke but I can't see it as a Bama possession.

Actually, simultaneous catch comes down to who's foot comes down first. It was a blown call. Everyone knows Bama was the better team anyway.

I say the Williams catch was a bigger missed called.

The refs made the right call.

Both pale in comparison to the Corey Webster no call and now cue the swamp honks saying he was falling down anyway.

There would have actually been some merit to the OP if he actually mentioned that call.

Your dad not pulling out was the biggest screw up.

On the PP non Int play, Julio touched the ball while out of bounds and therefore the ball was dead at that point, even if PP had gotten a foot in bounds with possesion(he never did anyway) it would not have, been an Int.

I knew this was coming, look at the pic above your post and tell me Julio is touching that ball.

just because a couple of fingers are on the ball for one hand doesn't mean he has possession.
