BP had a unique O that teams only saw once a year. It is hard to prepare for something like that in one week. bert is trying to play the same style bama and LSU play. I just am not sure he can get the quality recruits to play that style of ball, and win, against them.

Petrino never beat Alabama, and he was 2-2 against Lsu.

Plus, we already showed we can play the same style as Lsu. We may not beat Alabama a lot, but no one does, regardless of style.

Auburn is 17-13 against them in the last 30 years.

all 3 of those are pretty much the same thing

Petrino wouldn't have been able to keep winning 11 games consistently, you can't honestly think that

BBs Problem is he is in a Division with four fast paced Offences, and two like Teams with more Talent. In the Big 10 the Teams all look alike. Arkansas will Not be Patient long enough for him to get any results from his System. Rhett Lashlee will be their HC by 2017.

But you can't recruit like LSU. Top recruits with options won't want to play for an arse like Bielema.

Since 2000, the average score in the Arkansas-LSU series is a difference of TWO points.

They always have recruited better than us

Good to see you're judging your coach after one year after telling others not to.

My high school can play the same "style" as LSU. Doesn't mean they will ever beat them with Bret (and they won't).

Michigan has been down since around 2008 or so, Carr did everything in his power to sabotage RR and mess up RR's time at UM. Not saying RR is the greatest caoch ever but when the previous coach is in the ears of big donors telling them to not help recruit etc.. its not goign to end well. There is still a lot wrong at UM to this day.

You have OSU on probation and the coach fired with a new coach brought in to replace him. The fact is OSU had a one year bowl ban and replaced the coaching staff as a result. Which reduced competition.

Wilson nearly going to Auburn is a damn fact. Had he been able to make spring/summer practices he'd be at Auburn and Chizik would have been around another year likely. Auburn's staff told him only if he could make it before fall, Bret was willing to wait and it was a gamble that paid off.

Bret has already made some powerful enemies at Ark due to his personality and how he treats certain groups. If the losing piles up again and he makes another dumbass comment to an assistant coach I suspect he'll be in the soup line this year. Winning has a way of covering a lot of faults.

I will give Bret credit his teams play hard and physical even if they were not doing well. He kept the team from rolling over and dying, just barely. If that happens again this year it will be interesting to see how he does.

The Big-10 wasn't exactly gang busters for ole Bret at Wisconsin and he also picked up Russell Wilson, who nearly went to Auburn had Auburn let him on campus instead of requiring him to attend summer.

LOL, spin away.

He is a complete arse and has been that way his whole coaching career. Kid's with options do not "love" Bret as evidenced by them being in the shitter of SEC recruiting.

I wasn't just talking about Bielema, I said Arkansas can play the same style as Lsu. We've already shown that to be the case with Houston Nutt. He beat them all the time playing the same style.

If he was at Alabama, Auburn, Georgia or A&M he would be higher in the "recruiting rankings". But his NFL player to stars coming out of high school ratio has to be one of the best in the NCAA. His recruiting class last year gave us a lot of key players on offense.

Players do love playing for him, he's a player's coach. Brey Cook just said that at media days. He listens to reggae and has flip flop fridays

and 2-4 over the last 6. Aren't selective time frames fun?
