He would have a chance at much higher recognition and CFB success with JJ. I don't know that it matters to him, or that the difference in coming out after an elite year vs. one where people know your innate ability exceeds results is worth staying.

I don't think he stays, but he'd certainly have a much bigger chance for success with JJ.

He is extremely lucky that hit did not tear his knee to shreds. I would count my blessings and jet to the NFL. I would rather take my chances proving myself in the NFL and get hurt than try and prove myself in college for the NFL and get hurt.

So much Barner delusion in this thread. I love it

My favorites are a) Sims is as bad a public speaker as Marshall and b) Coates is the same level as julio

Lol

I think Sims is perhaps a little more elusive.

Bro, Marshalls middle name is elusive. He is Manziel/ Roethlisberger level elusive. They don't call him "The Slippery One" for nothing

I think Sims is more elusive in the pocket and Marshall is more elusive in the open field. Marshall doesn't operate out of the pocket very much though. Sims' pocket presence is almost Manzielian

Blake has been one of the most pleasant surprises in a long time and has gotten better every week.

I wouldn't trade him for Marshall, but I think Marshall does a very good job for AU.

I would rather have a qb that has passing capabilities.

Maeshal would fit in well with Georgia Techs wishbone.

No dog in the fight so I would have to say if we could have either Sims or Marshall as our qb I would take Sims. Just my opinion.

Marshall is better in some aspects, but saying he is better overall is absolute horse shite. Nick has terrible stats and really is only surviving as a QB because of Gus's system. He throws an awful deep ball and has been shut down completely by several teams this year. Blake Sims has been shut down a few times but he is amazingly clutch when it counts. If I was an Auburn fan, I would be so thankful he's leaving this year because it's shown that without a great supporting cast and all that luck Auburn had last year, he is a miserable football. Poor guy doesn't have a future at any position in the NFL either.

Auburn fans better hope Blake is off of his game, because if he's on fire early, the Iron Bowl is gonna be a massacre.
