Didn't 07 LSU lose to 7-5 Kentucky? Lol. Not all two loss teams are created equal

Would have been a Cotton or Peach bowl team any other year

this is bad

2007 LSu may not have been the best of all the SEC champs, but they would have wiped the floor with 8-10b

Also 2012 bama is WAAAAAAY too high.

The most amazing part of 2011 LSU being so good was that we had Jordan Jefferson at quarterback. Imagine if the 2011 LSU team had a real quarterback

It's not good or bad, nobody compiled the list based on opinion. It's what their numbers say.

And I disagree, that 2012 Alabama team was really good. Elite on defense and elite on offense. Better than any of our other teams except for 2011.

you forgot about the 38-24 win over Ohio State with an injured QB

can't forget to mention the wins when you mention the losses

Shane, be jelly. 07 LSU would have worked 2012 aTm.

LSU 2011 is second best. I am sorry, but there is no way on this Earth anyone can convince me otherwise. Alabama 2010 ahead of Auburn 2010 makes no sense whatsoever. 2012 Texas AM is a joke...

Agreed.

Do you guys remember what 2012 Texas A&M did the last 6 weeks of the season? They were a wrecking ball.

Also, time has made people forget how good the 2008 and 2009 Florida teams were. I personally think the 2008 Florida team was probably better than all of the rest.

meh, idk what this list really even is. And LSU has crystal in the trophy case, so I'll take that over a random list.

Even as an Alabama fan, I have a hard time seeing 2012 Alabama ( a great team, no doubt ) as better than 2008 Florida.

And no 2009 Florida, but there's a 2010 Alabama?

What criteria places a three loss team over an undefeated conference and national champion that also beat the three loss team head to head at their place?

the Tebow Florida years were unreal. Percy, Rainey, Tebow, Ahmad Black, Riley Cooper, Demps, Dunlap, Joe Haden, Henderson, Pouncey twins, Spikes, etc..

they were really good

glad you're reasonable. 08 Florida was unreal.

Fastest team in the country, by far. I remember they had like 3-5 guys who all got PT and all ran sub 4.4 40s

Yea I think 2008 Florida was the best team of the last 20 or so years. We played about as well as we could play against them and lost by double digits...........without Harvin.
