Yell practice is pretty worthless IMO. Why would you care about yell leaders when you could watch the actual game. You know, the thing you actually showed up for in the first place.

Tiger Walk wouldn't be cool for outsiders, but it's a good Auburn tradition simply because it is pretty often emulated and gets so much bigger than the similar ones for big games.

I don't really go anymore, but for mega games it is pretty impressive and kids love it.

Solo Trumpet in South Endzone...

Munson Pregame video....

Have never been able to hear that trumpet, then watch the video and NOT have goosebumps for 5 minutes straight.

Then, Georgia - Bulldogs chant across the stadium as 90,000 wearing red rise for the Go Dawgs kickoff.

They do a good job with it for sure, not taking that away from them, though I would say it isn't as consistently as big as AU's. Admittedly, I've only seen 6 of their Vol Walks (4 for Auburn games, 2 for other games). But none of them I saw were as big as some of the AU one's i've seen.

I wish in the first picture you could see all of it down Donahue.

OK that is one. One out of over a dozen that are all timed to a certain event in the game.

Only thing close to us are international futbol fans.

Yeah, the Vol walk is huge. I could see others matching it, but I highly doubt there are any bigger. The Vol Navy is another awesome UT tradition

Speaking in 3rd person, AND a 1 trick pony? 580 posts in and you're making strong contention for poster of the year.

I'm curious as to who was the genius at Old Myth that came up with "The Walk of Champions"?

"As the tradition continued, a "Walk of Champions" arch was built in the fall of 1998 on the east side of the The Grove. The 1962 football team, which is the only team in Ole Miss football history to finish with a perfect record, gave the arch to the University. The 1962 team won the SEC title and was also named National Champion by the Litkenhous Ratings"

Went the first year before the LSU game. It was one of the most boring/bland college football related experiences I've had. Very disappointed.

A&M has a cool tradition.

Our campus is Ozarks terrain, so we have a natural amphitheater which was made into a formal amphitheater in the 1930s.

We have a pep rally on Friday night, around 7pm, so everybody can go to the bars down the street afterward.
