I sense a love of only recent history sharing between Gators and Mizzou. But I guess if my favorite program has done very little overall like Mizzou I probably wouldn't talk much about the past either.

Missouri got to the SECCG in year 2 whereas y'all didn't get to it until year 9.

Auburn should be in the East.
I see this a lot from Auburn fans. I realize most Auburn fans don't like Georgia and most of you will take this as a troll, but it is not intended to be one.
IF Auburn were in the East, which years do you think Auburn would have won the East? Your big years, you already won the West, and TYPICALLY when you have an off year, you lost too many games to have won the East. Or, at least, that is my perception. (Admittedly, I don't know for sure....thus the question) Which years do you believe you would have won the East that you did not already win the West?

One major difference is we won it the first year we went. And I think it was year 11 not 9. Another major difference is the East was dominating the conference at the time whereas we are hardly dominating it, now.
Would you say the East was tougher during that time frame?

Probably 06.
That was my thinking, too. Auburn fans seem to think they would be dominating if they played in the East. Very little would have changed, though, in reality.
Not a knock on Auburn. They have a very good program. but teams that think they could be much more successful if they Played in the East are, in most cases incorrect. (My opinion)

Why are you eating popcorn? Let me know when they win it.

Bottom 5:
19. 2007 Tennessee (10-4) #12
20. 2004 Tennessee (10-3) #13
21. 2011 Georgia (10-4) #19
22. 1992 Florida (9-4) #10
23. 2010 South Carolina (9-5) #22
2004 - Tennessee losses: Notre Dame (who stunk); Undefeated Auburn twice. Wins included: #11 Florida; #3 Georgia; #22 aTm.
You can't look at it objectively and say that season was worse than Mizzou's season in '14.

Beating Florida 6 times since 1990 must be wearing on you. It could be worse, just ask Tennessee fans, they've only beaten us 6 times since 1976.
Taking the bait:
1990 - UT 45 UF 3
1992 - UT 31 UF 14
1998 - UT 20 UF 17
2001 - UT 34 UF 32
2003 - UT 24 UF 10
2004 - UT 30 UF 28
That is 6 times since 1990...

It's funny that you're a fortune teller. I do know that Florida won last year. I do know that Florida has won 19 out of the last 25. I do know that Florida has won an SEC Championship (the big boy trophy, not the Mizzou trophy) more recently than you. I guess it is impressive that in the past 25 years, Florida has amassed a more impressive resume of achievements than UGA has accomplished in their entire history.
Yeah. And Florida is going to win 10 games this year, too.

Our shitshow of a team should've beat LSU, South Carolina, FSU, and Idaho last year.
So really 11 wins

Sorry. 11 wins.
I DO think Florida will be improved and have a good year....but you have a brutal schedule.

In this case, Tennessee is worse than Florida

I'd just like to point out that 2 of those losses were to the same team - which eventually went on to win the NC.

Best- 2008 Florida-One of the 4 or 5 best teams I've ever seen.
Worst- EASILY 2007 UT- Lost to a 7-6 Bama team 41-17
and to 7-6 Cal Bears team 45-31.

While true...you had a horrible loss against Auburn and Arkansas, and also lost to Kentucky.
While your 2010 team won the East, I think you have had several teams that were better, but missed. Your teams really have been better than a lot of people give them credit for.
