Best and worst East division champions

Since I feel bad for how dumb people look when they try to say Missouri had the weakest East division champion team ever, I decided to go ahead and dispel that myth for them. I also took the liberty to rank my top 5 and bottom 5 East champions. Who are your top 5 and bottom 5?

It's widely agreed upon that South Carolina in 2010 was the worst East champion ever.

that's false. I haven't really looked at many more...just glanced at the times i saw the word georgia and noticed that error.

True. I looked through season breakdowns of most of the 23 teams that have won the East, and Florida's resumes were legit. Not just beating opponents but crushing them.

Beating Florida 6 times since 1990 must be wearing on you. It could be worse, just ask Tennessee fans, they've only beaten us 6 times since 1976.
