Best: Coast and North-western Mississippi.

Worst: Delta, by a long shot. Its really a third world country within our state.

The Delta still usually puts out a big tine prospect every other year.

I live in Albany, Georgia. I would say the reason the kids don't go to D1 colleges in this area has more to do with qualifying. Aairon Savage is from Albany. One of the few exceptions to the rule. Lionel James and Troy Reddick are also from Albany, but I don't claim Reddick.(One of the HBO 4)

Best: Rock Hill area, hands down.

Worst: Extreme lower state... Hampton, Jasper counties maybe.

I havent read entire thread but Emmitt Smith was from panhandle of fl. He was pretty good
