If, and this is a big IF, Auburn beats Alabama, then I still see Alabama going to Pasadena. Oregon vs Alabama Rose Bowl = $$$$$

wut

Auburn would have to then lose the SECCG for that to happen and Oregon has zero shot

Baylor will lose. FSU won't. Mich State is the only one that could beat OSU. And they might.

I agree with everything here except the last word. It needs to be changed from "might" to "almost definitely will".

Their defense is fricking insane this year and Braxton Miller is a glass cannon. He gets hit a few times early and he will go out.

Nevermind. You're talking about the Rose bowl

But even so, I don't think Rose Bowl would have that option.

I'm hoping so. Regardless of what happens in the IB, I don't like Meyer's bitch arse and want them to lose.

Wonder if both teams win out, and somehow Baylor/FSU/tOSU lose a game, would alabama stay above Oregon, or would another team, like Michigan State maybe, jump up into the top 2?

Yeah, it'd be cool but it will not happen because FSU is not going to lose a game. There will be one undefeated team in the BCSNCG and that is FSU. Both of us have to hope Okie Light beats Baylor and Michigan State beats tOSU in the Big 10 title game.

Would Alabama be ahead of Oregon even with a loss in the IB? I dont know. A reason why Oklahoma State got jumped by Alabama in 2011 is they had a bad loss to Iowa State and no big 12 championship game to play in, which hurt them. Oregon doesn't have a bad loss and would play a team with a (top ten computer ranking) in the PAC 12 title game.

Oregon probably needs South Carolina to win the SEC in addition to Baylor and tOSU losing to make the national title game.

It really depends if Ohio State can go to the BCSNG over a 1 loss Auburn. And let's not forget about Baylor too.

It doesn't matter after Bama-FSU. The most clear cut championship game ever.
The Noles belong there why? Remind me again. They play nothing but shite. Beat a Miami team that now has 3 losses to mediocre competition. Plays Wake Forest, Syracuse, Idaho and Florida, all dreck. Then likely Duke? WTF? They only play basketball. So yeah, why does this team belong in the NCG?

Would be VERY interesting and close.

AU would be #1 or #2 in all 7 computers. If AU and OSU were a relatively close 2, 3 in the human polls it would be too close to call.

Rose Bowl would get the #2 pick after the Orange. They don't have to take another B1G team. Bama-Oregon would be an awesome matchup...way better than Oregon vs. Michigan State. I think it would be pretty automatic. Would be the best matchup available and the most interesting nationally.
