Frank Martin's Gamecocks will finish above Tennessee and Auburn ... bookmark it.

Florida and A&M are the frontrunners.

I have no idea what to expect from LSU.

MSU could surprise, so could Georgia ... Georgia especially.

Tennessee, yes. Auburn, no. This Auburn team is a NCAA contender... bookmark it.

Didn't the media predict LSU to finish 13th this season?

Anyways I've got

Kentucky
Florida
TAMU
Arkansas
UGA
Bama
Miss State
Vandy
Auburn
SCAR
LSU
Vols
Ole Miss

Missouri

A&M should be top 4 but we are so thin at guard its sad. Frontcourt will be best in the league though.

I'm pretty excited about Georgia's team this year.

I've thought UGA would be a tournament team for 1 or 2 years now, but then I watch them and the offense never has any movement in the half court.

Wiley is skilled and has potential but is soft as Charmin. Highly doubt he would make an effective piece this coming season, much less a guy to push Auburn over the hump.

VOLS have 13 freshmen and sophomores. Will be a very long year.

look it up yourself. since 2000, the Rebels are 23 wins against 9 losses versus that basketball powerhouse in Fayetteville.

Don't know why everyone is sleeping on UGA. Would not shock me they fight Florida and Kentucky for the conference.

Not bad considering we've had Stan Heath, John pelphrey and Dana altman. Obviously, we are your Superbowl.

Nothing to see here, UGA doesn't need any attention.

doesn't matter, Hogs are a basketball blueblood, right? Ole Miss is historically the worst basketball program in the SEC if not the country...and we have come to expect to beat your arse everytime we play. LET THAT SINK IN.

That's a weird expectation since the last 4 games are even at 2-2. One of those being a 110 point Negan-style skull smashing

If Mark Fox doesn't get it done this year, is he done at UGA? 2 tournament appearances (never gotten past the first round) in 7 years.

I think he has to go if nothing materializes this year. I still think he's a good coach, but it is becoming so hard to win without a real go-to star. You have to be a recruiter as much as an x's and o's coach, and it just feels like something has been missing there.

We did just get Hammonds though. Maybe he just needed 7 years to ramp up. I do think this year's team will make the dance, but not really challenge for the SEC.

Not that weird, really. its an expectation that has been reinforced over 17 years of administering arse kickings to a program that still believes they are relevant in the college basketball world.
