Since 2006, Auburn has reported to the NCAA a cumulative surplus of $50.4 million. That figure does not factor out student fee subsidies. Auburn has listed no institutional support for at least eight straight years.

Only about 20 athletic programs in the nation make money.

He still doesn't realize why those are being sold as non-renewable season tickets after being told two or three times.

If Alabama had won it all, then maybe I'd be singing a different tune. There's no guarantee that Alabama would have defeated Florida State (or Missouri).

Could 2013 Florida State be compared to LSU?
2013 LSU had an explosive offense and an underwhelming defense. 2013 Florida State had both an efficient, explosive offense and a strong defense. I couldn't see Alabama beating Florida State 38-17 last season. It depends on how both teams show up. Florida State was very jittery in the 1st half of the national championship.

Almost all fanbases have at least a handful of shitty posters on the SEC Rant. Teams like Florida, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and Mississippi State don't have enough fans here to be a problem.

Not your problem now, is it...

Plan on winning a conference game this season? We KNOW it won't be the first one you play...

Quite the opposite, we need more good coaches in the SEC. If Pearl can turn Auburn into a perennial top 100 team it will be good for the conference as a whole.

I agree, hopefully it will wake up Bama & UGA who have disgraceful programs, yet should be quite good.

Agree. If there is one knock from me on Auburn fans in general... they are fair weather fans. I can not imagine a Tide fan giving up season tickets for a few bad years. Heck, we lived through 20 bad years and season tickets were still pretty hard to get at times.

Biggest in football. Just look at their reactions on here when Gus was hired and fast forward 1 year.

I guess when you haven't had back to back top 10 finishes since the Bo Jackson days, bandwagoning is inevitable

I think the rant Bama fan's memory started somewhere around August of 2009.
