Would have been cooler if you didn't look out into a parking lot
That window is on the second floor close to Coach Saban's office and is only accessible though a locked door and up an elevator with an employee keypad. You have to take a tour or be invited to see that trophy.
That window is also the window that has been showing the 2009, 2011, & 2012 BCS trophies. I guess they were moved to another part of the building.
This is a picture of the 2009 BCS trophy (before they added the 2011 & 12 trophies) that I took when I took a tour of the building.

75-72 up votes to down votes. That's an impressive number of haters y'all have.

My only question is shouldn't there be a 16' helmet instead of 15' since it was the 2016 National championship?
The 2016 one should be on display in about 11 months.

There is also one or two in the 1920's that the poll that they use to claim them wasn't invented until the 1940's
They still have more than anybody else so honestly who cares?

But, but the first 8 helmets don't count

People throw those Rose Bowl teams into the same argument they make about 1941, but I don't think that's a fair or relevant comparison. An undefeated Rose Bowl Champion of the 1920s and 1930s has just as much of a claim to a national championship as any other AP Poll era champion. Nobody who is being honest would say they are undeserving of the claim.

He's attempting to reference our bowl loss to Texas following the 1964 season as a reason we shouldn't claim the title. Nevermind the fact that bowl games were treated as glorified exhibition games back then, and teams like Notre Dame rarely ever even accepted a Bowl invite because they were pointless.
