This is true.

I'm just laughing at your colleague for thinking he had a better year than 2009 Ingram. After Marinaro, the next two were Pruitt and Musso...not nearly the competition Ingram had.

What did Ingram do against his hated rival in 2009 or 2010?
His claim to fame was beating up on South Carolina defenses.

How do you make Henry's hair into a statue?

It looks like something I would see SCUBA diving

Most feel Ingram wasn't even the best RB in the country that year. I think he had 5 games where he didn't have 100 yards rushing, which is the standard for judging RBs.

Statues of coaches
Statues of Heisman winners
Statues of an elephant next?

um....... yes?

An elephant statue would be legit.

Shared a backfield with Trent Richardson and Eddie Lacey..... and won the Heisman.

Ha. If that is your justification for Ingram putting up average numbers in the biggest games, then the heisman should've been given to the whole god damn RB group. Ingram wasn't even the best back on yalls team.

I'd be for that. Alabama matches Auburn's heisman total in one single year.

and he won the Heisman. We must be really good at recruiting.

The Retreat fricking sucks. I stayed there in '14 and got charged with the most bull shite overages. Screw their fancy amenities.

Whatever. Much gratitude for Ingram's performance in 2010. If y'all didn't give him a statue, I guess the Auburn fans would have.

Mine was cheap. I had three roommates though. The retreat was cheaply built. I figured the costs would start rising. But my God, the pool parties and party buses that would take us to the bars.

Didn't bother reading through the comments but most Bama fans I've talked to hate this idea. I hope it gets denied, recruiting is doing just fine without heisman statues.

I had the same, but when you include the b.s overages they would charge you, it's no different than anywhere else. I wouldn't even be at home half the time. Others that have stayed there say they're getting the same shite.

The golf simulator is fun though. I ended up just leaving there and getting a place walking distance from campus.

100 total yards, a TD, and a fumble caused by a phenomenal play by the AU defender?

True. But it was, without a doubt, the greatest season in college football history.
