Lots of experts in here. Bama fans don't really care who starts,
Just win.

I'm gonna LET his neck-and-neck backup walk and go to the school that is more than likely my biggest opposition to another natty.

Neither Jimbo nor the FSU administration could have done a damn thing to prevent Coker from transferring to any program that would take him. He earned his degree from FSU and therefore could transfer unhampered and was immediately eligible to play ball.

and the chess game begins...saban has NO reason to put out his starting qb to the public. he, his coaches, and the team know who's going to start already. you can't go into game week and implement a game plan without knowing who your guy is.. some of you have no common sense or have never been a part of preparing for a football game.
This guy gets it.

It doesn't really surprise me that Sims is doing this good. Lance Thompson reportedly talked to a group of Alabama fans after the A-Day game and said the defense knew every single play that came their way during the spring scrimmage. Kirby Smart would literally shout the direction of the play to the defense before the ball was even snapped. It also helps the defense to know the offense is only going to run a select number of plays from the playbook, plays you have been practicing against all spring.

If Coker was "neck and neck with Jameis Winston" then he would have been named the starter weeks ago. Period. After all the CONSTANT hyping by the Bama fans, it turns out they just got mega-trolled.
Where do you think all of this chatter comes from? Jimbo Fisher, FSU fans, and people who watched everything develop. No Alabama fan came out and made this shite up. Also you do understand that he had to learn an entire new system, get timing down with completely new receivers, and put it all together during fall camp with people he had never met before right?
One more thing, ever consider that Saban doesnt have to name a starter until 5 minutes before game time? What does he benefit from naming one earlier than that? So you and the rest of the bama haters can talk about it? No, he is going to keep the guy in mind out of the spot light going into his first career start, so he can play with no pre-game thoughts and outside influences.

Gumps are flashing out as we speak. I bet no one gets any work down in Alabama. Bunch of mumbling cave man talk about both terrible QB's. We'll pawwwww said this...

As usual the funniest comment on here is from a pig. Sure we all know if Bama's QB's are horrible they are going to go 6-6 with that schedule. Hell, they could not throw a pass all year and win 8 at least.
It's not our fault we play in the worst division of the worst conference in football.
