Even if thats true you wont be able to coast for the first 3 quarters putting up field goals and stalling in the redzone because we will actually be scoring on you this time

Its going to be a hell of a lot harder to stick 8-9 in the box in this game

That is very true, and I agree with post

Alabama gets performance anxiety at home way too often

I'm feeling a 4OT Championship game in South Florida. Could go either way at that point.

The population of Alabama and LSU would both be cut in half from all the heart attacks

Honestly past all the shite talking I think its going to be a great game and it wont be a "snoozer" (medias term not mine) like 9-6 or 21-0, itll be one of those old LSU-Bama games that are like 24-21 or 31-24. Theres going to be some TDs on both sides

I would be in the bad half. I couldn't handle it without copious amounts of alcohol.

Bama. Saban is inside Les's head. He will go back to doing the stupid trick plays and outsmart himself at the wrong time.

Funny seeing as thats exactly what Saban did on Nov 5. He seemed to bouce back just fine and Miles will too

Pretty sure we are going to beat the bama down at home this year.

They'll be the #2 team in the land, probably, but I think that game is going to be rowdy as frick.

LSU and Bama are so closely matched on defense and offense that it will come down to kicking games and the first team for a 3 and out from their own territory will give the other team the advantage and that will be the turn of the game. LSU will have the advantages of home and a chip on their shoulder and I honestly don't know what to expect in that game.

That is what was so ironic to me about that game. Saban seems like he waited for Miles to make a mistake and while waiting he got cute and did what Miles was supposed to do.

Now, AJ isn't going to make the same rookie mistakes that Mett will. Mett is going to leave the safety of the pocket, and CJ Mosley is gonna turn that football sideways and stick it right up Mettsiah's arse.

How can anyone come to the conclusion that our quarterback play will be equally as deplorable as last year?

LSU vs. Alabama

QB- McCarron (Mett still unproven)
RB- LSU: return everyone, Bama loses their best player.
TE- Alabama
WR- Wash. I think LSU has more playmakers with Odell alone but nobody else for either team at this point jumps out. Kenny Bell simply hasn't done much thus far in his career. Junior year may be a break-out year for him though as he's providing a decent deep threat for Bama.
OL- Wash. Homers will pick their side.

Defense:

DE- LSU
DT- LSU
LB- Alabama
Secondary- LSU

Special Teams: LSU

Home Field Advantage: LSU

I would say that LSU has the most talent on the starting 22...Bama has the better coaching...

Going LSU due to home field

I'm late to this thread, but smart money would be on LSU. Even if it were in Tuscaloosa I still wouldn't expect a win. I'd like to think it'd be close, but who knows? Too many unprovens for my Bama team this year.
