Has Hurd ever had a td catch better than the one Chubb had vs ut in 2014?

Yes versus Kentucky last season imo

Hurd easily. Chubb has had some nice games but outside of one run with a lot of our 2nd and 3rd teamer in he did nothing.
Hurd was battered and beaten and was jus as strong in the 4th qtr as the first. Our Defense and even Kirby remarked that he was the most physical back we had faced in years.

That's really not a slight towards Chubb as Hurd is considered one of the best blocking backs in the country. He routinely blows up defensive ends in pass protection. I remember him putting Eric Striker on his back numerous times in last year's game against Oklahoma.

Nope, I never downvote. I leave it for people like you, have fun deviating from a football conversation again.

Hurd easily? And Chubb has had some nice games? Do you even watch football outside of Bama?

you base your opinion of both players career's on the 1 game you saw them both play against your team...stellar logic.

Ok then.

So back to the topic, Chubb and LF7 should battle it out for the top spot this year. Going to be a great year for RB's.

I'm genuinely surprised anyone would say this. Their stats show that Chubb is a much better back, and I only expect that to be more evident after this year, barring an injury for either back.

I like 'em 'bout equally well, given that Chubb is completely healthy. They're different backs...I like Hurd a little better between the tackles and I think Chubb's more explosive...

I'm really excited about Hurd this year because the Oline will be much better. This thread wasn't meant to talk shite about Chubb but really to compare the two. I think both are about equal when you even everything out.
